South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported the
country's intelligence agency said North Korea gave no advance notice of
nuclear tests to China or the United States.
The Kospi was down 0.45 percent, the Nikkei
225 down 1.08 percent, and the ASX 200 saw losses of 1.22 percent.
In China, however,
both Shanghai and Shenzhen composites stayed in positive territory, up 0.7 and
0.56 percent respectively. Chris Weston, chief market strategist at
spreadbetter IG, said announcements due from North and South Korea later in the
day will be important in assessing further risks in markets. "Many people
will sell first, ask questions later," he told CNBC by phone.FOR OUR MORE TIPS :- stock tips share tips MCX tips
